The Clinical Medical Assisting program is designed to prepare the student for entry-level positions as an assistant in the administrative or clinical setting of a medical office. The emphasis of the program is placed on medical ethics, terminology, anatomy and physiology, human relations, skills for the medical office, use and care of diagnostic equipment, venipuncuture, injections, pharmacology, universal precautions, vital signs, hematology, EKG, urinalysis, and microbiology.

The Computer Graphic Design curriculum provides students with instruction in the following fields: visualization, the creative process, graphic design, production art, typography, layout, photography and digital imaging.

The program includes an intensive study of general computer science including PC architecture, desktop operating systems, and related computer courses to help to prepare you to: install, configure, maintain, and trouble shoot local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN) and intranets, using DOS and Windows-based network operating systems.
