    This culinary arts program is aimed to give students the background and expertise necessary to enter the food service industry in entry to mid-level positions, and to advance through a variety of related positions.

    This comprehensive program can prepare students for entry-level employment of restaurant management. We teach all aspects of managing restaurant facilities by including instruction in both the front & back of the house (kitchen and the dining room).
