    This culinary arts program is aimed to give students the background and expertise necessary to enter the food service industry in entry to mid-level positions, and to advance through a variety of related positions.
  • Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management Program (Associate)
    This comprehensive program can prepare students for entry-level employment of restaurant management. We teach all aspects of managing restaurant facilities by including instruction in both the front & back of the house (kitchen and the dining room).
  • Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking Program (Certificate)
    The Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking Program is designed to provide the culinary arts student with a strong baking foundation, pastry techniques, and the practical skills necessary to succeed in the food service industry.
