I graduated college back in 2005 but I own my own bookkeeping business and I gotta tell ya, the work experience will help me fly through the CPA exam. Many of the concepts on the test I have encountered in my work so it will help me understand the study materials a little better. I started working in bookkeeping back during my college days. I recommend to any college student to try to obtain a job in bookkeeping before graduation. I am preparing to sit for the CPA exam in the state of Florida. There are four "windows" open every year and each window contains 60 days(first two months of every quarter). That means you can take the test 243 days out of the year.
